Currently the Chief Executive Officer of TechGulf. Franklin joined the company from Oracle Corporation where he was the Country Director of the subsidiary in Ghana. Franklin brings 25 years ICT experience to the board and will be contributing to business revenue through leadership.

He is a leader with a clear foresight for growth of African companies through IT transformation. Franklin is passion-driven to provide the tools and techniques for organizations of all sizes to establish a vision and roadmap for world-class enterprise performance improvement and effective execution of their strategies.
Franklin introduced the unique start-up acceleration program putting Oracle’s vast technology and business resources behind emerging businesses in Ghana called (Ghana Oracle Enterprise Digital Program) to help them scale and succeed. It is his vison that this initiative will be a game-changer for Ghana’s digital advancement and economic growth.
Franklin is the AmCham IT Committee Chairman. He was adjudged the ICT Professional of the Year 2019, by the Vice President of Ghana Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. Franklin is the Chairman of Hacklab Foundation, a non-for-profit organization in Ghana, focused on preparing the youth for future jobs, by helping them develop vital technology skills.
Franklin is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountant (FCCA), Chartered Accountant, Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and an alumnus of Manchester Business School.
