Chris Marlin is Founder and President of Lennar International, a division of North America’s largest homebuilder, Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN).
Chris is a leading commentator on cross border investments between the United States and Asia, Latin America, and Europe, and has been a featured speaker at a variety of global fora and events including the Bo’ao Forum for Asia, the International Stock Exchange Executives Emeriti Association, and MIPIM. Chris has appeared on Bloomberg’s Daybreak Asia, CNBC’s Squawk Box Asia, and Singapore’s Channel NewsAsia.
Chris is a Director of the Atlantic Council, and a member BENS (Business Executives for National Security) and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – a global network of chief executives. He is also a member of the Bo’ao Forum for Asia Intellectual Network and serves as Lennar’s representative to the World Economic Forum, based in Geneva.
Chris formerly served as Deputy General Counsel for Litigation at Lennar Corporation, and has served as an attorney at international law firms Holland & Knight and Foley & Lardner.
He is a graduate of Emory University Law School and presently serves on Emory’s Law Alumni Council. He has also served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he is a Community Fellow of the Centre for Global Economic and Environmental Opportunity.
